¡Hola a todos! ¿Qué tal ha ido vuestro fin de semana?
Hace mucho que no publicaba un post sobre un libro, pero la verdad es que he estado muy ocupada y no he tenido tiempo ni para leer, pero ¡aquí va el que me acabo de terminar!

Hello everybody! How was your weekend?
Long time without me posting a review about a book, but I have been so busy that I haven´t even had time for a good time read! But here you have the one I finished just before Christmas ended.

Navidad en el Cupcake Café. Un libro muy especial y diferente a los demás. Al principio de cada capítulo, la autora nos revela una receta dulce diferente. ¿Novela y recetas? Genial.
El libro narra la historia de Issy, una mujer orgullosa de su negocio. Una cafetería en Londres de cupcakes. Su vida se verá tambaleada cuando a su novio le ofrecen un trabajo en la otra punta del mundo y a la vez, uno de los lugares más irresistibles: Nueva York.

Christmas at the Cupcake Cafe. A very special and different book to some others out there. At the beginning of each chapter, the author give us away a new sweet recipe. Reading and cooking? Bring.it.on.
In this book we will meet Issy, a very proud young woman of her business. A cupcake cafe in London. But her life gets a little bit trickier when his boyfriend, travels to the other side of the world for work and he has to choose from coming back to London with his girlfriend or to stay in New York.

Es la continuación del libro "Encuéntrame en el Cupcake Café" y pese a que no he leído la primera parte, he entendido perfectamente la trama. Además, en las primeras páginas del libro, la autora nos pone un poco a punto para que no nos perdamos en la historia.

This is the second part of "Meet me at Cupcake Cafe". And although I have not read that book, I understood the novel very easily. Jenny Colgan, explains a little bit at the beginning of the book what happended on the first book so we do not get lost. So don´t worry about that. It is very easy to understand.

Todo el libro sucede en Navidad por lo que es un plus para leerlo en estas fechas. Los olores, los paisajes, los ambientes, te ponen en el perfecto mood para apreciar cada detalle el libro. 
Si tenéis oportunidad os animo a leerlo y a poner una alarma en vuestro móvil para empezarlo en las navidades que viene (queda mucho, si, pero lo vais a disfrutar muchísimo). Lo que me gusta del libro, aparte del mood que crea, es la realidad de la vida de los personajes. Pese a tratarse de una historia de amor, los personajes tienen problemas reales y luchan por esquivarlos. Issy ha dejado sudor y lagrimas en su negocio, y al final, como en la vida real, todo tiene su recompensa.

For those of you who love Christmas, girls (and boys) you are going to love this book. All the story happens at Christmas. You just get in the mood so well. So if you have the opportunity to read the book I would wait to read it until Christmas (oh yes, long time) but that would be very worthy.
What I love about the book is that although it tells us a love story, the character have real life issues we all can relate to. 

Poco más puedo decir del libro. Un libro perfecto para cualquier edad, que terminarás de un suspiro, y que disfrutarás tanto de como sus recetas.

I promise you you will enjoy the book as much as the recipes.
